SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

We offer various shipping options mainly through UPS. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. We do not offer international shipping.

 

Shipping Fees

 

We offer shipping at the following rates:

United States Priority Mail: 5-7 business days

Canada First-Class Package International: 2-5 business days

Canada Priority Mail International: 1-3 business days

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@nurturewithgaia.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday

RETURNS
